In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“The Law”) and its Regulations (“The Regulations”), we inform you that CONSTRUCTORA PROURVIKA SA de CV, hereinafter “PROURVIKA”, with registered address at Periférico Lombardo Toledano 1601, E, in Chihuahua, Chih., Mexico, CP 31370, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and in this regard informs you of the following:

“PROURVIKA” does not require the consent of the Data Subject to carry out national transfers in the cases provided for in Article 37 of “The Law” or in any other exceptional case provided for by the Law, “The Regulations” or other applicable legal provisions.

5. MEANS AND PROCEDURES FOR EXERCISING ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You may revoke, at any time, any consent you may have given us for the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions under which we use it. You have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete; to request that we delete it from our records or databases if you believe it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set forth in the regulations; and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes. These rights are known as ARCO rights. To revoke your consent and/or exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must generate a written request addressed to CONSTRUCTORA PROURVIKA SA de CV. The Data Subject will have ten business days to respond to the request, starting on the day after receiving it. If no response is provided within this period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted. If the request is responded to, the response period will begin on the day after its receipt. “PROURVIKA” will notify the Owner or his/her legal representative, within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of personal data, or the revocation of consent, was received, the resolution adopted, so that, if applicable, it is made effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is communicated.
